1. Payment Refunds — General
All refunds are processed through the original payment method. Depending on your bank, funds may take up to 14 business days to appear.
2. Event Cancellation
- If an event is fully cancelled by the organizer, all confirmed tickets are refunded automatically.
- If an event is rescheduled, your ticket remains valid. You may request a refund within 7 days of the rescheduling notice.
3. Ticket Refunds
- Tickets are non-refundable outside of event cancellation.
- Duplicate charges or system errors are refunded on request.
4. Voting Payments
- Confirmed vote payments are non-refundable.
- Duplicate charges or failed transactions are refunded on request.
5. Registration Fees
- Team and player registration fees are non-refundable once the application has been reviewed by administrators.
- If your registration is rejected before review is completed, a refund may be granted at the organizer's discretion.
6. How to Request a Refund
