1. Paid Voting
Fan awards on the platform (such as Player of the Year) use a paid voting model.
2. Vote Pricing
- Each vote is priced per award and is displayed on the award page before checkout.
- Bundle discounts and promo codes may apply.
3. Multiple Votes Allowed
Fans may cast unlimited votes for their favorite nominee. Every paid vote counts.
4. Payment Confirmation
- Votes are counted only after payment is confirmed by our payment processor.
- Failed or refunded payments do not count.
- Confirmed votes appear in your dashboard under "My Votes".
5. Fraud Prevention
- We monitor for stolen cards, chargebacks and coordinated abuse.
- Votes tied to fraudulent payments are removed and offending accounts may be suspended.
6. Winner Selection
- The nominee with the most confirmed paid votes at the close of voting is declared the winner.
- In case of a tie, the organizer's decision is final.
- Voting deadlines are shown on each award page.
7. Refunds
Vote payments are non-refundable once confirmed, except in cases of duplicate charge or system error. See our Refund Policy.
