Ticket Policy

1. Ticket Purchases

• Tickets are sold through the platform and are subject to availability.
• All prices are shown in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise stated.
• Confirmation of purchase is sent to your registered email and appears in your dashboard.

2. QR Ticket Rules

• Each ticket contains a unique QR code. Do not share it — the first scan is the only valid one.
• Tickets may be scanned only by authorized staff at the venue entrance.
• A screenshot is acceptable if the QR code is clearly visible.

3. Refunds

• Tickets are non-refundable except when an event is cancelled by the organizer.
• See our Refund Policy for details.

4. Event Changes

• Dates, venues and start times may change. We will notify ticket holders by email and update the event page.
• Valid tickets are honoured at the rescheduled date unless a refund is requested per the refund policy.

5. Conduct at Events

• Follow venue security instructions.
• Prohibited items and unruly behaviour may result in denied entry or removal without refund.
